Your First Visit

Our patients appreciate that we explain everything first.

On your first visit you will need to bring a picture id and your insurance card. On this visit you fill out some short forms.

Then the Doctor will do a detailed consultation, followed by a spinal exam and ending with x-rays. Your first visit will take about 1 hour to complete.
